My dearest friend. I miss you everyday. Uou were such an inspiration in my life. Your words of kindness and sympathy when my husband went home to be with the Lord. So hard to believe 6 years past since the day I told him "see you later". Then in what seemed the blink of an eye you were gone as well. Give him a hug for me my friend. When God put you in my life the brief short time he sent a friend for life. R.I.P Danny. See you when God calls me home.

3 Years ago today we all faced a day that we weren't ready for, your funeral and the day that we would have to say our final goodbyes.  As the years pass I only miss you more and more, there will never be getting over the loss of you.

The pain stops, there are new people, but the gap never closes. How could it? The particularness of someone who mattered enough to grieve over is not made anodyne by death. This hole in my heart is in the shape of you and no-one else can fit it. Why would I want them to?

You were such a precious gift, never in a million years did I think you'd be taken from us way to early. I wish the same was true on earth as it is in heaven about no tears, I'd like to make it through just one day without crying over you. I miss you so much, life just isn't the same without you here. You brought so much joy, just your smile alone could light up a room. I can't help but to feel cheated, we all needed you and just like that you were gone. Daddy today at Joseph's 8th grade graduation I was so heartbroken that you weren't there, but just as the tears started rolling down my face they played your favorite song by John Lennon "Imagine" and a single butterfly was flying around the football stadium and that was confirmation that you were there with us. Everyday is still a living nightmare, I'm alive but I'm barely existing. I don't recognize who I am anymore, for when you died the old me died with you. I'm dreading Farther's Day in a couple of weeks, seems like every time I turn around there's another holiday or anniversary to get through without you. I knew when everyone told me my heart would eventually heal that they had no clue what an amazing man you were and there will never be any healing or getting over your death. You were taken so sudden and I'm hurt and angry. I don't know if the world will ever go on for me, right now I'm just going through the motions missing you like crazy.

Well it's almost been 2 years since you left without saying goodbye daddy, however for those that truly loved you each new day is like losing you all over again. You see when you love someone and lose them so quickly and unexpectedly you don't lose them all at once, you lose them a little piece at a time day by day, hour by hour, minute by minute. My heart is always so heavy with grief, I don't know what it's like to truly be happy anymore. The day you died, a big part of me died too. I felt the world and my heart stop beating the day they told me you were gone. I know I have to go on with life, but it's so hard without you here. I'm sixteen years old and I knew Danny when I was four and lived in Florida. We have always called him Danny banany because he would draw faces on bananas when he worked at clemons and would give them to us. He would give us little toys and trinkets. There has always been a picture hanging in my room of him holding me the last time I ever saw him. Danny banany was a good man and I am so sorry to his family for their loss.

Daddy, It Made 12 Weeks Ago Yesterday That We Were Informed That You Were Never Coming Home. They Say Time Heal All Pain, But I Can't Imagine There Being Enough Time In This World To Fix My Broken Heart. I Think About You All The Time & It's Still Hard For Me To Wrap My Mind Around The Fact That Your Truly Gone. I Think Back To All The Opportunities I Let Pass By To Let You Know How Much You Truly Meant To Me, How You Were & Always Will Be My Hero, To Hug You, Kiss You, Because After All In My Eyes I Had All The Time In The World Because You Were Going To Always Be Around. My Heart Will Never Truly Be Whole Again Until The Day God Calls Me Home & I Get To Be With You Again Daddy. I'm Sorry Daddy I Couldn't Save You That Day. My family and I met Danny when he worked at Clemons. He was so sweet to my daughter, always giving her a banana and drawing a little face on it. After we moved back up north, he kept in touch with us for a while, but we hadn't heard from him in several years. We have really fond memories of him making Winter Garden such a welcoming place to us "transplants." He was so generous and kind--always had a smile and a kind word. My daughter and I were wondering about him tonight and did an Internet search and found his obituary. His kindness and caring will always be remembered.

I remember when I was a kid and Danny would come to our house to pick my Grandfather up for work. Danny showed me a trick with his cigarette where he had an invisible string and it would roll on the table. At the time, he told me to keep my eyes on the cigarette, so I didn't see him blowing it across the table. LOL I was amazed! He was a good man and he will be missed.

Words cannot express what I feel in my heart for Danny's wonderful Family. He was my Brother-In-Law and although I haven't known him that long, I knew that he was a kind and caring man and loved by many.  I am very thankful that my Beloved Husband and Danny's  Brother,Frank, and I had the honor of having Danny perform our Wedding Ceremony this past October.  Danny has emigrated to that BEAUTIFUL LAND which we call HEAVEN to be with Our Lord Jesus Christ.  His MANSION was finished and the Lord called him home to help prepare build Mansions for his Family and someday we will all meet our Loved Ones again in HEAVEN - Danny, we love you and miss you, but you will live on in our Hearts & Memories - Rest In Peace, Dear Brother and GOD BLESS YOU.

Danny will be missed by me so much. But he is in Heaven now letting my husband know that he was the one with the big shoulder for m e to cry on when I lost my husband of 38 years. He always had encouraging words when I was having a down day. He talked fondly about his beautiful wife Bessie. It was the love and care he showed other that he had for her that will forever remain in my heart. Now when I talk to him I have to talk to him through my memories. I am so thankful that God allowed me to meet such a wonderful, kind and caring person. I know he is in Heaven sporting that Harley with Wings. Uncle Danny loved his Harley. He took me for a ride on his bike a few months before I moved to Tennessee. We would pull out and he would say Hold on. The sound of the Harley pipes was awesome. Well he got me into wanting to ride one someday. When I turned 16 my dad bought me a street bike, unfortunatly it wasnt a Harley, but it had two wheels and a motor on it. About 6-7 years ago he came up to visit and I showed him my bike and for some reason I couldn't get it started so he can hear it run. He said watch this and hit the side of the bike and then told me to start it and it will run. He was right. I asked him "how did you do that"? He said "faith". He asked me if I remember the Harley sign with the wings on them. I said yeah what about them. He told me that one day he was gonna ride a Harley with Real wings on it. Well he was right. He rode 85 mph on a Harley with wings all the way to Heaven. I remember everytime we talked on the phone he asked me if Im still playing the bass guitar. I tell him yep every sunday, sunday night, and wednesday at church. He told me to keep on playing cause he didnt want me to stop playing. He encouraged me to keep playing and so I did. There are so many words that people can say about him, he Loved GOD, Famly, and That Harley. Im gonna miss Him everyday of my life. But one day Ill be able to be see him again. When I lived in Florida and before he would leave on his Harley he always look at me and say Ride to Live-Live to Ride. People say Heros get Remembered but Ledgends Never Die. He was Both if you ask me. Im gonna miss you uncle. He was loved by many and touched many more. R.I.P Uncle. Love you and Aunt Bessie with all my heart. Thanks for the Memories.

I have know Danny an Bessie all my life and the news of Danny's passin sadens my heart he was a great person who always had a smile on his face-he was a true Christain and our loss here on earth is God's new jewel in heaven--sending Prayers and love for his family .

Danny was an earthly angel, whom now has fulfilled his earthly journey. Now his heavenly life has begun. He is a true and trusted friend who never gave up on me. I am the better for even knowing him. Fight on christian soldier.
