Roy Bozeman passed away, Sunday September 29th at Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Florida. He lived with his beautiful and beloved wife of 62 years in Winter Garden, Florida. Roy is survived by his wife Katie Louise Bozeman and their four adult children: Kay, Deborah, Teresa and Michael. Roy had seven grandchildren and two great grandson and one great great granddaughter. His grandchildren’s favorite thing to say was, “Let Papa fix it, He can fix anything!” or “Let me ask Grandpa about that, he will know the answer.”
Roy went into the U.S. Navy as a young sailor and after serving his country for 21 years, he retired as a Chief Petty Officer. The remainder of his working career was spent at MSI Mechanical Services, based in Orlando, Florida. Roy finally retired completely at age 62 and was free to go fishing with his son, son in laws, and grandsons. He also enjoyed reading books and taking trips with his wife.
All who knew Roy Bozeman loved and respected him. He was a man of his word with a kind and caring heart. Roy relied on God to see him through his many trying time, here on earth. He is in Heaven now and at peace. We will always remember, love and celebrate his life.
