Jennifer Lynn Wagner Mulligan was born March 20, 1944. With her husband Richard and family by her side she left to be with the Lord on July 16, 2019. She was born in Orlando, Florida and was raised in the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania area. She was the daughter of Helen and Edward Wagner and the oldest sibling to sister Ellen Reddington and brother Edward Wagner Jr. (deceased).
She met Richard Mulligan in the late summer of 1965 and three months later they were engaged and within six months became his wife. They had recently celebrated 53 wonderful years of marriage together. She was a compassionate, caring and devoted mother to Brett, Tara, Jason and Chad. Jennifer was an amazing and loving grandmother to five grandchildren Justin, Colin, Riley Tyler and Chloe. She enjoyed spending countless hours doting on them.
Jennifer lived her life to the fullest and enjoyed many interests. She spent a great deal of her time as an interior decorator, cooking, traveling and volunteering. She always enjoyed having her family around her and spent most of her time caring for others including volunteering her time at the local children’s cancer hospital. She was always busy and made sure the people around knew they were appreciated and loved. Jennifer traveled extensively with her husband throughout the United States and Europe and never missed a chance for a new experience. With her comforting and welcoming personality and great sense of humor she never lacked for friends and always made everyone feel appreciated in her company.
The family will receive friends at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home in Winter Garden on Friday July 19th from 5:30pm - 8pm. A church service will be held Saturday, July 20th at First United Methodist Church in Winter Garden at 11am.
