Mr. Sewell was born on February 10, 1933 in Winter Garden, FL, the son of Etta Christina Sewell and John Raymond Sewell, and was the stepson of Hubert F. Donaldson.
Mr. Sewell was a graduate of Lakeview High School, Winter Garden, FL and Stetson University and Stetson Law School. He was a respected civil defense lawyer with the firm of Gurney, Gurney & Handley for 43 years. He also served his country in the Army as a Morse Code lnterceptor with the Army Security Agency.
Mr. Sewell loved the outdoors with his favorite activities being hunting, fishing and gardening. He also had a great interest in genealogy, reading and crossword puzzles.
He is survived by his wife, Candice; his children, Susan E. Sewell of Orlando, FL, John F. Sewell (Michelle) of Uvalde, TX, and Molly E. Sewell of Wellington, FL; and one granddaughter, Morgan Murphy (Hunter) of Houston, TX.
Funeral arrangements will be conducted by Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, Winter Garden,
