Joyce Ann Parsons, 76 of Orlando, Florida passed away surrounded by her family on October 25, 2012. She was born on December 21, 1935 in Beckley, West Virginia to Earl A. and Beulah (Jones) Whitener. Joyce retired as a Registered Nurse and was Baptist by her faith. She loved to collect antiques and to craft. Joyce is survived by her beloved husband, Robert F. Parsons, Sr., her sons: Robert Parsons Jr. and his wife Terese and Randy Parsons and his wife Shannon and by her brother, Earl Whitener Jr.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, October 30, 2012 from 10 – 11 AM with funeral service to follow at 11 AM in the chapel of Collison Carey Hand Funeral Home, Winter Garden. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park, Gotha, FL.
