LaVerne Marie Adams, 91, of Windermere, Florida, passed away August 9th, 2025. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio on November 9th, 1933 to Michael Kelly and Sarah MacAusland Kelly, and was the youngest of seven children. Married to Delbert Hoagland Adams in 1951, LaVerne was a homemaker and great supporter of her family musical group. She was proud to receive her GED later in life.
A devout Christian, she made sure her children knew the Lord. She loved babies and had a passion for helping others. She was preceded in death by her husband Delbert and son Steve Adams. She is survived by her daughter Cynthia (Christopher) Viruet; son Daniel (D.D.) Adams; daughter-in-law Bonnie Adams; as well as her grandchildren Michael, Jennifer, Marcus, Denise, Sharon, Joel, Daniel; seven great grandchildren; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 pm EST, Saturday September 27th, 2025, at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 428 Plant St., Winter Garden, Florida.
