Deb, it was with great sadness that we heard the news of Leon's passing. My wife Lesa and I share your grief. All the many years that I worked with Leon and hunted with him hold many great memories, he was one of our best camp cooks. Leon was a special friend and we are glad to have known him. Our thoughts and prayers go out to the Terry family in your time of loss.  I used to dispatch Leon back in the late 80's and my husband, Rick, worked with Leon. Leon was a great guy and we both enjoyed working with him.

Truly one of those people you meet that fit the "larger than life" description we often hear.  Leon was a loving husband, great father, wonderful friend, and the BEST person to have with you on an adventure. Those memories are Leon's gift to us, and we will treasure them forever. I am sorry I never met Leon. Having worked with Deb for a number of years and knowing the type of person she is, I can only imagine that Leon must have been quite a man.
