

Neal Hamner, 47, passed away on June 17, 2016 in Orlando, FL. He was born on April 5, 1969 in Knoxville, TN. Neal is survived by his wife Michelle, his parents James “Joe” Hamner of Orlando, FL and Kaye (Ray) Talley of Nashville, TN, his sister Annette (Taylor) May of Orlando, FL, nephew Wyatt May, and grandmother Mary F. Jackson of Nashville, TN. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Grace Hamner, grandfather Harold Hamner, and grandfather Lt. Col. (US Army retired) William N. Jackson.
Neal is originally from Tennessee, but has lived in Florida (Key Largo, Naples, Tallahassee, Orlando) for the last 24 years. He received a Bachelor’s degree from Florida State University and started his career in the pharmaceutical industry before ultimately joining the Home Health/Skilled Nursing Facility field. He was the Regional Director of Business Development for the Greystone Health Network. Prior to his career in healthcare, Neal was a Regional Sales Manager for Caribbean Pacific, where he worked with many close friends and family. Neal loved to spend time hunting, fishing, and on the water. He had a passion for Florida State and University of Tennessee football, as well as the martial art Systema. Neal loved his family and friends dearly and was easily loved by anyone who knew him. He will be missed by everyone who knew him.
Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, June 25, at the Baldwin - Fairchild Funeral Home in Winter Garden.
