Patsy L. Hunt

Patsy Ruth Hunt passed away in her home Wednesday, March 23, 2011. A Memorial Service will be held at 3 PM Sunday, April 3, 2011 at the Henry Chapel of the First Baptist Church of Orlando, 3000 S. John Young Parkway, Orlando, FL 32805.

Patsy was born on Dec. 30, 1941 in Carrollton, MO, but lived most of her life in Orlando, FL. She graduated from Edgewater High School in 1959 and played a big part in helping her husband and children graduate from college as well. She enjoyed Florida beaches and basking in the sun. She loved the Lord and exemplified true love (I Corinthians 14:3-8). She is survived by her husband, John R. Hunt; her sons: Tod A Hunt and David R. Hunt; her daughter, Alecia D. Spence; her mother Dorothy K. Lightfoot; her sister Darlene Sharpe; 6 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the First Orlando Foundation of First Baptist Church of Orlando.
