He was born on November 13, 1943 in Brooklyn, New York, son of Christian and Angelina Albrecht. He is survived by his wife, Kathleen, his four children: Barbara, Patricia, Jennifer and Christopher (Alicia); four grandchildren: Brandon, Krista, Mason and Cassidy.
He graduated from John Adams High School in 1962. The following year he enlisted in the Navy. He served for 4 years as a Corpsman attached to the Marines.
He met his wife in NY in 1960 while she was running away from a friend into the arms of her future husband. They married August 1968. A year later they had their first of three daughters, in 1971 they had their second daughter. He moved his family of four to Florida in 1976 where his third daughter was born in 1977. Their son came along in 1981.
Paul began working for Eastern Airlines after he was discharged from the military. He worked 25 years for Eastern at both JFK and LaGuardia and Orlando International until the company was no longer. Later he worked for Enterprise Rental Car for 10 years as a Courtesy Driver. He was an avid bowler in his spare time. Paul enjoyed watching all things bowling on TV and in person. He started bowling at a young age and continued until he was in his 60’s. He enjoyed playing Scrabble and spending time with his family.
A Friends and Family gathering will take place from 2:30-3:30 followed by a Memorial Service from 3:30pm-4:30pm at Baldwin-Fairchild, Winter Garden, Florida.
