Paul Arthur Bruno, 74, of Zellwood, Florida passed away after a courageous fight with cancer on May 10, 2020. He was born on October 8, 1945 in Leesburg, Florida to the late Dominick Francis and Ruby Aletha (Williams) Bruno. Paul was a veteran of the U.S. Navy serving in Vietnam. He received the National Defense Service Medal, Vietnam Service Medal and Vietnam Campaign Medal. He was a member of First Baptist Church of Winter Garden and was a member of the The Gideons International. He is preceded by his sister, Diona Ragar. Survivors include his beloved wife of 53 years, Juredith "Judy" Bruno; sons Dominick (Sabrina) Bruno, Benjamin Bruno; daughter, Alisa Bruno Profitt; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren. There will be a visitation from 10-11am, Thursday, May 14 at First Baptist Church of Winter Garden with a Service to follow at 11am. His final resting place will be at Winter Garden Cemetery.

We know there are many who want to say their goodbyes and show their respect for Paul, unfortunately due to COVID-19, for the safety of all concerned, it breaks our hearts but we must restrict those coming to the funeral to only immediate family and close friends who are completely well to comply with the 25% capacity mandated by the CDC. We appreciate your support in this difficult decision. Please visit www.baldwinfairchildwintergarden.com and offer condolences and take a moment to write a tribute.

Dear Judy and family,

We were so saddened to hear the news of Paul’s passing. We loved having you as our neighbors for many years, and have missed you since you went on your RV travels. It’s hard not to think of you when looking over your way... We still have the Friendship Cake starter in the freezer you shared with us, and have used and shared it as well. Our deepest condolences to you and your family. Paul was such a good and kind man. May he Rest In Peace.

Judy and family

So very sorry to learn that Paul has crossed over the river. Came as a surprise to us and did not know he was ill. As a veteran myself in the same conflict, I thank Paul for serving. God does have a place for old warriors.
Please accept our deepest concern for you and May God watch over you in this time of need. We cannot come over there, obviously, but please understand you are in our thoughts and prayers and are there with you in spirit. Y'all were good neighbors here in Vinola Gardens and we have missed you.
