He was born in Aguada, Puerto Rico, February 23rd, 1943. He was married to Carmen Sanchez on June 2nd, 1962. He had a career in manufacturing, for Helene Curtis for over 20 years. He was known above all for his quiet devotion to his family, the people he loved, and his Catholic beliefs.
He was preceded in death by his father Ramon Sanchez Riquelme, and his mother Bernarda Llorett Acevedo, and his 7 siblings. He is survived by his loving wife of 64 years, Carmen Sanchez; their children, Carmen Orta, Maribeth Reyes, and Elizabeth Morales; As well as grandchildren, Nicole, David Ray, Yesenia, Priscilla, and Amanda; and Great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, 428 E PLANT ST, WINTER GARDEN, FL 34787, US, on October 29, 2026, from 6:30 pm to 9:30 pm.
A Funeral Service will take place at Resurrection Catholic Church, 1211 Winter Garden Vineland Rd, Winter Garden, FL 34787, US, on October 30, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:30 pm.
A Committal Service will follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Rd, Gotha, FL 34734, US, on October 30, 2026, from 3:00 pm to 3:30 pm.
