Randal Nichols Shirley

Randal was born on February 28, 1947, in Daleville, Alabama. He graduated from Ocoee High School and married the love of his life, Patsy Elaine (Cain) Shirley, on December 21, 1968. Together they shared more than 57 years of marriage, building a life centered on faith, family, and friendship.

Randal dedicated his career to working as a Mechanical Millwright Machinist with Crown Cork & Seal. He was a proud member of the Winter Garden Elks Lodge and American Legion Post 63. He had a lifelong passion for hunting and fishing, but nothing brought him greater joy than spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his hardworking spirit, generous heart, and the love he shared with those around him.

Randal was preceded in death by his father, Randall E. Shirley; his mother, Bobbie Shirley; his brother, Eugene Shirley; and his sister, Christine Solano.

He is survived by his devoted wife, Patsy Shirley; his daughter, Tracy (Jeff) Cross; his sons, Terry Shirley and Timmy (Karen) Shirley; his grandchildren, Corey (Holly) Cross, Lindsey (Tucker) Shirley, Jenna (Jay) Shirley, and Autumn (Noah) Cross; his great-grandchildren, Austen Cross, Casey Cross, and Lorelai Noble; his brother, Roger (Linda) Shirley; as well as many beloved nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will deeply miss him.

Visitation will be held at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 428 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida, on July 10, 2026, from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm, followed by a Funeral Service at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home, 428 E. Plant Street, Winter Garden, Florida, on July 10, 2026, from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to American Legion Post 63 of Winter Garden, Florida, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the Winter Garden Elks Lodge in Randal's memory.
