Shirley Anna (Olive) Conklin, 74, of Orlando, FL passed away on Dec. 19, 2014. She was born to the late Edward H. Olive and Muriel L. Walters in Hillsdale, NJ on Dec. 2, 1940. Shirley resided in NJ for 22 years. Graduated from Park Ridge High School in 1958. Married Henry P. Conklin in 1960. Moved to CA in 1962, served as Den Mother for 17 years in Cub Scouts. Moved to FL in 1992. Preceded in passing by brother Charles W. Walters and son James Peter Conklin. Survived by husband, Henry; sons Edward H. Conklin (Dana), William R. Conklin (Indah); daughter-in-law Lori Conklin; brothers Edward H. Olive (Teri) and Kenneth L. Olive (Annie); sister Marion J. Wehrenberg (George); 9 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins. Visitation will be held Mon., Dec. 22 from 1-3pm, Service to follow at 3pm, at Baldwin Fairchild Winter Garden, 428 E Plant Street, Winter Garden, FL 34787. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made in memory of Shirley to a charity of your choice.
