I knew Vance from working with Ella Jo at RBMS. He did not meet a stranger and he could do anything. He always made me feel important. He had that kind of ability to make everyone feel important. He was so positive all the time. He will be missed by all who knew him. God's blessings to the family!

The Underwood family holds a special place in my heart. I coached Vance’s daughter Anne and worked with Ella Jo at RBMS. Vance was always a friendly, caring father, husband and supporter for Red Bank athletics. He was eager to help us any way he could. He was a good Christian man that I am proud to know and call my friend. The Underwood family is in my thoughts and prayers. Vance was truly one in a million!❤️
