

Angel Santiago, 92, of Winter Haven passed away on August 28, 2021. He was born on October 30, 1928 in Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico and moved to this area 39 years ago. Mr. Santiago ran a family business for 20 years and worked as a shipping clerk for 25 years. He was a member of the Latin American Society of Winter Haven.
Mr. Santiago was preceded in death by his wife of 52 years Saturnina Santiago. He is survived by his daughters, Magaly Santiago Villa (Alejandro) of Denton, TX, Angie Roberto of Winter Haven, FL, and Griselle Unda (Luis) of Lakeland, FL, grandchildren, Alejandro, Lizette, Xiomara, Francesca, Fernando, Giselle. Great grandchildren Iker, Sophia, Ximone and Desmond. Mr. Santiago and Mrs. Santiago's daughters they raised: Cusin Gonzalez (granddaughters, Cirenia, Maribel and Idania) and Gloria Ayala. And his brothers are Tomas, Alejandro (deceased), Juan (deceased), Andres (deceased) and Samuel (deceased). Sisters are Carmen (deceased) and Esther all of Puerto Rico, and many nephews and nieces.
A visitation will be held Saturday, September 4, 2021 from 10-11 a.m. with a service following at 11 a.m. Both will be held at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Winter Haven, Florida.
