Barbara moved to Florida 23 years ago from Fort Polk, Louisiana. She was a homemaker who enjoyed movies, arts, crafts and spending time with her family.
Barbara was preceded in death by her father Spencer Phillips and her mother Nancy (Elens) Phillips. She is survived by her husband Thomas Eggert, daughters Kathryn Eggert and Jessica Eggert and her brothers John Phillips and Randy Phillips.
Barbara will be inurned at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida on Thursday, August 17, 2023 at 11:30 AM. In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made in Barbara's name to Cornerstone Hospice (https://cornerstonehospice.org) or to Grace Lutheran Church (https://www.glwh.org).
