WINTER HAVEN - Mrs. Carol C. Butler, age 90, died of natural causes September 10, 2014, at Brandywyne Healthcare Center.
Born in Utica, N.Y., on November 17, 1923, she came to Winter Haven from Whitesboro, N.Y., 30 years ago. She was a homemaker. She was a U.S. Navy veteran, serving for two years.
Mrs. Butler was preceded in death by her husband Stanley J. Butler; son David Butler; daughter Donna LaRue; granddaughter Bethany LaRue. She is survived by her sons Doug Butler (Marsha), Glens Falls, N.Y., Dennis Butler (Terri), Auburndale; grandchildren: Seth, Amanda, Adam & Haley; two great grandchildren: Ivy & Rylee.
Memorial services will be held in Upstate, N.Y. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Good Shepherd Hospice.
