Charlotte R. Brown

Charlotte was born in Elmhurst, Illinois where she lived for a short time before moving to Arcadia, Florida with her Father, Merton Roberts Sr, Mother, Harriet, Brother, Merton Jr. and twin Sister Catherine Gross.

In addition to her career with Bob Hart Oil Company and Central Window Sales, Charlotte enjoyed ballroom dancing, knitting, raising cats and birds, working in her yard and was a member of The First Christian Church.

She is preceded in death by her parents, brother and daughter Christi Gibbs Gomez. Charlotte is lovingly

remembered by her daughters Catherine Smith of Winter Haven, Tracy Jackson of Bartow along with; twin sister Catherine Gross of Arcadia, grandchildren Thomas Smith of Pinetta, Zachary Jackson of Lakeland, and Carley Jackson of Bartow along with countless fur and feathered babies.

Memorial services will be at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Winter Haven at 1 pm Friday, June 10th.

In lieu of flowers, a contribution to Compassion Care Hospice in Charlotte Brown's name would be appreciated.
