David "Duke" Wayne Phillips Sr., age 62, of Winter Haven, Florida entered into rest on Friday, May 7, 2021. "Duke" was born July 8, 1958 in Crossville, Tennessee to Betty Phillips and Otis Phillips.

Duke is survived by daughter Jennifer Pettys; son David Phillips Jr.; daughter Stephanie Johnson; daughter Angela Eaton (Dale); son Randale Phillips (Ashley); daughter Kimberly Reynolds; and daughter Sarah Partin (Garrett).

Duke was preceded in death by father Otis Phillips and mother Betty Phillips; as well as brother Donnie Phillips.

Mr. Phillips also leaves 18 grandchildren, two great grandchildren, as well as one brother and two sisters.

A visitation for "Duke" will be held Friday, May 14, 2021 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, Winter Haven, Florida with a funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM. Interment will occur at Auburndale Memorial Park, Auburndale, Florida.

Serving as pallbearers are Tyler, Dominick, Dale, Randale, Michael , Lyle and Kaleb.
