He was born September 30, 1918 in Erie, PA, the son of Harry O. Parker and May L. Smiley. He was a milkman for Parker Dairy and lineman for Pennsylvania Electric. He was a member of Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Erie, PA, and Grace Lutheran Church in Winter Haven, FL.
In addition to his parents, Earl was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, Virginia A. Parker, and his daughter, Linda A. Lewis. He is survived by his son: Norman O Parker (Judy) of Albion, PA and grandchildren: Jeff Parker, Gregg Parker and Desiree Parker, son-in-law: Phil Lewis of Winter Haven, FL, and grandchildren: Earlanne Lewis, Stephanie Lewis and John Lewis.
Memorial Service is Friday, October 16 at 11am at Grace Lutheran Church, Winter Haven, FL.
