Guthrie “Gus” Knorr, 75, of Winter Haven, Florida passed away January 8. 2025. He was born in Winter Haven, Florida on October 27, 1949. Gus traveled with his parents extensively though out his life, living in more than thirty-three countries. He owned Central Arms in Winter Haven and also worked in Law Enforcement and as a security guard. He and his wife, Kathleen, took Campfire Kids camping for many years to Kissimmee State Park. He was very patriotic, believing in the rights we all have in the Constitution. He was a very kind and gentle person who truly cared for others. Gus will be missed for his laughter, patience, and positive attitude always looking at the glass as half full.
Gus is survived by his wife, Kathleen, son, Anthony Reid, sister, Carolyn Jean Usina, three grandchildren, three nephews, and many other loved family members and friends.
