Wahneta- James Edward Archie, age 55, of Wahneta, FL passed away Saturday, July 16, 2016. He was born July 31, 1960 in Opp, AL the son of Charlie B. Archie and Jearldean Yates Archie. James was a handyman and friend to those who knew him. He was preceded in death by his father: Charlie B. Archie. He is survived by his mother: Jearldean Archie of Wahneta, FL, brothers: Charles Archie (Sherry) of Georgia, and William Archie of Wahneta, and sisters: Charlene Kirkland of Auburndale and Barbara Varner of Wahneta.
Visitation is Tuesday, July 19, 2016 from 6-8pm with funeral services Wednesday, July 20, 2016 at 11:00 am, both at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 645 W. Central Ave. Winter Haven, FL 33880. Burial will be at Glen Abbey Memorial Gardens in Auburndale, Florida following the service.
