Man, I think I am still in shock. We are going to miss all the times you would stop by to see your mom here in the office. I will never forget the day your mom was a little down and you kept telling her how beautiful she was. Or the time your grandpa made you follow me to my house because I got a call from the neighbor saying someone had broke in.. LOL!! All those lectures I gave you, like you were my nephew. I hope you know your family loved you very much and done EVERYHTING they could for you. Kordell, you will forever be missed.

I could talk to Kordell for hours. He was very smart and had such a creative mind. He always stayed positive when we would talk and give me great advice. He taught me so much and I wouldn’t be the person I am today without him. He would go swimming with Jayden and I so we wouldn’t be alone. He would even play barbies with us for hours. We would rewatch the same Redbox movies over and over again together. He even bought me my first camera for my 11th birthday because he knew how much I enjoyed filming videos and taking photos. He truly was the greatest brother. I’ll forever miss him, his smile, kind heart, and contagious laugh.
I love you more than words can say and I hope you’re at peace now.

I remember the last time you came over to my house and we sat on the back porch you, Sapphire and I. We all talked and laughed and had a good time catching up. You will be missed.

I was saddened to hear of Kordell’s passing and my thoughts and prayers are with his family and friends. I remember him from Chain of Lakes Elementary and his participation on the A-Team (Academic Decathlon) as a sweet, reserved and bright young man. Peace to you ~ Laura
