I just learned Of Dr. Burdette's passing. I met him when I first started working at Gessler Clinic. What a wonderful doctor to work with. He was a real gentleman. After he retired the surgery area was not the same. All who worked with him found him to be so kind and a joy to be around. You do not find many like him anymore. He was so skillful and his patients all loved him. He was so missed then and so much more now.

Dr. Burdette sewed up many of my minor injuries with good humor and skill, making them less traumatic than they would have been otherwise. He was also a great friend to my parents for many years. He enriched all our lives, and we will miss him.
