Paisley was a 2nd grade student at garden Grove Elementary School. Paisley loved life. She loved singing, dancing, art and was so full of love for her parents, sisters, best friend Charleigh and her dogs Peanut and Annabell. Paisley was her Daddy's shadow, if you saw one of them the other wasn't far behind. She also thought her mom was the most beautiful person and would repeatedly tell her so. Paisley loved doing her nails, makeup and hair, especially with her mom. She was the picture image of a girly girl, glitter and all.
Paisley was predeceased by her paternal great grandfathers William R. Cooper and Robert G. Frazier and both sets of maternal great grandparents. She leaves behind her mother Wendy Frazier, father Stephen "Rusty" Frazier, sisters Brittany Julian (Caleb Newell) and Hannah Howsare, paternal grandparents Deborah and Stephen Frazier, maternal grandparents Teresa and John Simpson Sr., Uncles John Simpson Jr. and Wesley Simpson (Traci), Aunt Kathrine Pittman (David) and her great grandmothers Sara Cooper and May Belle Frazier. Paisley was wildly loved by all of her extended family, especially Craig Clark (Sara) and Kimberly Holbert (Kevin) as well as numerous other extended family members and friends who will miss her dearly. Her smile and bigger than life personality will always be remembered.
A celebration of life service for Paisley will be held on Sunday, July 2, 2023 at 2:00 PM at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home in Winter Haven with a reception to follow.
