Richard proudly served in the United States Marine Corps.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Sarah "Sally" Forcier, and is survived by two children, 4 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held at Ott-Laughlin Funeral Home, 645 W Central Avenue, Winter Haven, Florida on Thursday, March 10th at 2:00 PM. The family will be receiving friends starting at 1:00 PM.
Richard will be laid to rest in Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Ave, Bushnell, Florida.
