Winter Haven – Mr. William George Duncan, age 79, of Winter Haven, FL died Friday, October 22, 2010 due to Failure to Thrive. He was born August 30, 1931 in Owensboro, KY the son of James T. and Blanche (Lamb) Duncan. He worked in the warehouse for International Paper. He was a veteran of the US Navy serving during the Korean Conflict, and member of the Winter Haven Worship Center.
Mr. Duncan is survived by his wife Mary Ann Duncan of Winter Haven, daughters Denise Howell and her husband Larry of Lakeland, FL and Alicia Musalo and her husband Dave of Merritt Island, FL, sister Mary Joens of Auburndale, FL, grand children Jonathan, Leah, Stephen and Miranda, and great grandchildren Christian and Jack.
Visitation is Tuesday, October 26, 2010 from 10 till 11 am at the Winter Haven Worship Center, 1845 Overlook Drive SE, Winter Haven, FL with funeral services following at 11:00 am. Burial to follow at 2:30 pm at Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
