Ashton has affectionately been known in our family as the “other Ashton” since 2003 when my son Ashton attended a Mother’s Day out program for children with special needs with him. I remember being terrified to leave him with anyone other than family...even if only for a few hours once a week. I also recall being comforted by the cute little faces of the other children, as well as, their equally as anxious mothers. Kristen was one of those moms...the perfect mom for Ashton and the funny “other crazy mom” for my Ashton. Throughout the years, the Ashtons attended the same schools. So, we had the honor of seeing his beautiful baby face turn into that of a young man. I will miss that handsome face...I will miss his kind and loving nature...I will miss his gentle way of experiencing this world with a hint of a smile which he wore so well...but most of all I will miss our other Ashton! We will forever carry his memory with us in our hearts.

Kristen, Don
It was my pleasure to drive Ashton to and from Lyon and Pineview every day. He was such a special beautiful child. You all gave him so much love and attention and it showed. I am still in shock over the news. Please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers and Ashton is now your angel. If there is anything you need dont hesitate to contact me. Terrie Pogue

Ashton Michael Trosclair- Such a beautiful blessing.
Don, Kristen and Gabby,
There are no words appropriate or deep enough for me to express how sorry I am for your loss. I do know for certain that Ashton had the best mom, dad, and sister. All three of you are such a strong example of LOVE.
God chooses special people to take care of his children. Your family went above and beyond all expectations.
Your love for Ashton was very evident
every day.
Everyone grieves differently at different times in different ways. Please know that I am here for all of you, I can listen, I can help with chores, but most of all I will pray.
“ You never know how strong you are, until strong is all you have“
With deepest sympathy,
