She was born in New Iberia, LA on September 12, 1955. Evelyn graduated from Delcambre High School. She was married to Lewis Creekmore on June 3, 1989. Evelyn had a career in Retail Management for Goodwill of Acadiana. She had a passion for baking, traveling, music and college football (LSU). *GEAUX TIGERS*

She is survived by Daughters; Leslie Kuczynski (Stosh), Tara Falgoust (Cameron), Siblings; Joan Richard-Smith (Gary), George Richard, Jr. (Nancy) and Kathy Saunier. Grandkids; Trent Kuczynski and Baby Girl Falgoust. A special niece; Marilyn Rankin and a host of nieces and nephews.
