Miss Evelyn Rivera

Evelyn Rivera, age 70, passed away peacefully on March 27, 2026. She was born at Bellevue Hospital in New York, New York, and carried the strength and vibrant spirit of her city with her throughout her life.

Evelyn was the beloved daughter of the late Maria Estelle Rivera, and she held her family close to her heart throughout her life. She was a devoted mother to her two children, Rosalie Tina Perez and Rafael Perez Jr., who were her greatest pride and joy.

She is also survived by her loving brothers, Israel Rivera and Miguel Rivera, who shared in a lifetime of memories with her.

Evelyn leaves behind her cherished grandchildren, Alena, Isabella, and Madisyn, as well as her beloved great-grandson, Noah Lugo Perez, all of whom brought immense joy and pride to her life.

Evelyn lived her life to the fullest. She had a deep love for dancing, especially to salsa music, and was known by many as an incredible dancer. Her lively spirit, sense of fun, and unapologetic way of being herself made her unforgettable. She enjoyed the simple pleasures in life—dancing, laughter, and a glass of pink champagne and joint, embraced them fully, always bringing joy wherever she went.

Evelyn will be remembered for her warmth, resilience, and the love she gave so freely to those around her. Her presence brought comfort, joy, and strength to her family and friends, and her memory will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
