She was born on June 16, 1948, and was a resident of Oxnard, California. She had the cutest smile and a resilient warrior spirit, facing life's challenges with unwavering faith.
Her trust in our Lord Jesus remained steadfast, and she always gave praise and thanksgiving to God in all circumstances, dedicating her life selflessly to her family.
She was a strong believer in God, always on her knees praying to God for the best for her loved ones, especially her children.
She worked sacrificially as a teacher, inspiring those around her through her dedication, and tirelessly traversed the hilly terrains of her birthplace in Maasin, Southern Leyte, “Lunas in Bantig” to be specific.
Francisca was cherished by many for her warmth and her God-given exceptional talent in the kitchen, making mouthwatering dishes and incomparable desserts.
Her family and friends could easily tell her touch in every meal, from fruit and macaroni salads to polvoron, and sweet rice, called “budbud,” and many more.
As a wife, she was faithful and respectful to Felixberto, her husband. They chose each other with love and commitment despite life’s challenges. Together, they prioritized the well-being of their children and even their extended family.
Her faith was a guiding light— a prayer warrior, a loving daughter, a generous sister, a devoted wife, a nurturing mother, gracious grandma/lola. As a friend and a sister-in-law, she brought out the best in everyone with her luminous spirit.
We will forever hold her memory close, eternally grateful to God for blessing us with such an extraordinary mother and friend we could have asked for.
