She was born in Perth Amboy New Jersey on October 10, 1934.
She was a graduate of Simmons College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in English. She married Sanford “Schmuel” Vogel on June 23, 1957. She was a member of the Textile Study Group of NY, Jockey Hollow Guild and NY Guild of Handweavers. She was a loving mother and grandmother who was a proud Democrat and Jew who and had a passion for Textile design and creation, weaving, more recently water color painting, always literature and history, cooking and family, travel-London, Italy, and Asia.
Isa is preceded in death by her husband or 64 years Sanford “Schmuel” Vogel and her beloved younger brother Roger Wolf Cohen.
Survivors include her daughter Robin Vogel and her husband Wayne Pancza; her adored grandson Jed Pancza; her son Andrew Vogel and his wife Judy Vogel and their 3 children and 3 great grandchildren.
The graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Sunday, February 22, 2026 at Ohev Shalom Cemetery, Old Winter Garden Rd, Orlando, FL 32835.
A Shiva will be held for one day only, immediately following the graveside service at the home of Robin Vogel and Wayne Pancza in Maitland Florida. The address Will be provided upon request.
