JoAnne G. Howard, age 83, of Longwood, Florida passed away on Friday, February 18, 2022. JoAnne was born March 9, 1938 in Claryville, New York to the late Robert Rocco and Rita Virginia (Carter) Garafalo.
JoAnne was a retired EEG technician. She was a member of Forest Lake Seventh-day Adventist Church. She loved to entertain folks at the house, featuring her famous Italian cooking and would also play the organ and piano by ear. JoAnne loved to decorate the house for all the holidays. She was an animal lover and enjoyed the companionship of her dogs.
She is preceded in death by her husband, James Howard.
Survivors include her daughters, Melinda "Lindy" Jo (Ken) Edwards and Virginia "Ginny" Grace (Gary) Miller; three grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
