She was an active member of All Saints Episcopal Church and served on various committees including the Flower guild and teaching at the preschool. Linda owned American Travel Consultants for over 10 years and was able to fulfill her passion for travel and building memories. She was lucky enough to find a second love with Bill, where they enjoyed a full life together traveling the world and spending time with family and friends. Linda Lou was full of life, fun, joy, kindness and faith, never losing that southern charm, even through her struggles with dementia. She helped friends in need, neighbors, her children, her children’s friends, always opening up her home to host others for a glass of wine or to sit on the porch.
Being a mother and grandmother were her greatest joys in life. She is survived by her daughters Kerrie Gill, Katie Gill Warner, son-in-law Derek Warner, grandchildren Ella Lou Warner, Jack Nelson Warner, sisters Kay McGivaren, Susan Palladino and many nieces and nephews.
