Margaret H. Hartley, “Peggy,” 79, of Orlando, Florida, died on January 13, 2014. An elementary-school teacher by profession, she was an active volunteer and animal rights advocate. A celebration of Peggy's life will be held Friday, January 17, 2014, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Carey Hand Cox-Parker Funeral Home, Winter Park, Florida. In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory to any animal welfare organization or other charity would be greatly appreciated.
