She was born in Brooklyn, New york on August 24, 1955. Maria received an associate's degree from Interamerican University and graduated from Emma's Beauty Academy.
She was married to Victor Medina on December 19, 1976.
Maria Luisa Lopez had a career as a cosmetologist for her own business. Along with her cosmetology passion, she also had a passion for clothes shopping.
Maria was preceded in death by her parents, Loreto Lopez and Blanca Nuertas.
She is survived by her husband, Victor Medina; her three children, Vicmar Medina, Nash Medina, and Natalia Medina; her grandson, Gabriel Medina; and her brother and sister, Orlando Lopez and Sandra Lopez.
Visitation will be held at Baldwin-Fairchild Funeral Home, 7520 Aloma Avenue, Winter Park, Florida 32792, on July 24, 2026, from 10:00 am, followed by a service at 11:00 am.
A Committal Service will take place at Cape Canaveral National Cemetery on August 21, 2026 at 9:30am.
