Mary Sue Friel, 94, of Winter Park Fl., passed away on April 21, 2015. She was born in Maysville, Ga., and raised in Atlanta. She worked for the U.S. Government at a Military Base. She moved to Orlando Fl in 1959, where she worked at the Naval Training Center until 1976 when she retired as an Account Technician after 33 years of service. She was a member of Faith Assembly in Orlando. She worked in the church for many years on a voluntary basis. She received a diploma in Ministerial Studies and Bible Doctrine from the Berean Bible College. Survivors: Son-Randy Greene, Kissimmee, Fl., Daughter-Carol Gaskins, Winter Park, Fl., Grandchildren-Annette Ruth, Apopka, Fl, Tara Petersen, NJ., Tamara Thornhill, MS., Aaron Gaskins, SC., and 8 great grandchildren. Brother-Claude Cantrell, Orlando, Fl. The family will receive friends for visitation on Sunday, April 26, 2015 from 2 PM. – 3PM. Funeral services will be conducted at 3 PM. interment to follow at Glen Haven Memorial Park.
