Mary Kathryn Hampton, age 91, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Saturday, February 11, 2023. She was born in Jacksonville, Florida on August 3, 1931. She graduated from St. James High School. On September 20, 1956, she married Donald Hampton. Mary was a dedicated mother and wife. She was a member of the Maitland Womens Club and the Flagler Turtle Watch. She enjoyed walking the beach collecting shells for craft projects.
She is survived by her children, Lynn Hampton Kelly and her husband, Tom, Sue Hampton Breazeale and her husband, Woody, Ellen Hampton Ronshagen and her husband Chuck, Steven Hampton and his wife, Jody, Mark Hampton, and Jill Hampton; her grandchildren, Paige Kelly Scott Kelly, Nathan Kelly, Ben Breazeale, Alex Ronshagen, Spencer Ronshagen, Leo Hampton, and Max Hampton and her siblings, Bobby Smyth and Jane Smyth.
A funeral service for Mary will be held Friday, February 17, 2023 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at St. James Cathedral, 215 N Orange Avenue, Orlando, FL 32801. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at Woodlawn Memorial Park & Funeral Home, 400 Woodlawn Cemetery Road, Gotha, FL 34734.
