She moved to New York and back to Puerto Rico and eventually to Central Florida in 2003 to be close to her son.
She was a devoted Catholic, attending church when she could. She loved family gatherings, cooking and listening to music.
Paula is survived by her loving son, John Maldonado and his wife, Loida Guzman; her five grandchildren, Eric, Valerie, John, Michael and Dina and her husband Gordon and her 3 great grandchildren, Azriel, Azariah and Asher.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, March 9 at 1pm at Baldwin Fairchild Goldenrod Chaple, 7520 Aloma Avenue, Winter Park. Family will receive friends from 12 till time of service. Burial will follow at All Faiths Memorial Park, Casselberry.
