Rafael Luis Rivera, 69, passed away on March 28, 2016. Mr. Rivera was born in Vegabaja, Puerto Rico on October 24, 1946, and resided on Ave. Pontezuela in Vistamar, Carolina before coming to the United States. He served in the United States Army. Mr. Rivera is survived by son Ralph Rivera, and daughter Maria Rivera.
