Rene' Lynn Jacoby Lotspeich

Rene' Lynn Jacoby Lotspeich age 44 of Winter Park, FL, formerly of Athens, OH, passed away peacefully on January 14 to be with her Heavenly Father following a courageous five year battle. As an active follower of Jesus Christ, she desired seeing God's will fulfilled in her life and the lives of others. This was never more apparent than in her ceaseless faith and devotion throughout her illness. Rene' was a graduate of Athens High School and Florida Souther college with a degree in communications. Her interests and career path included working as a youth counselor, a certified ropes course facilitator and both in front of and behind the camera in the film and television industry. She most enjoyed her job as a stay-st-home mom. She is survived by her husband of 12 years, Karl G. Lotspeich; her daughter, Kaitlyn; son, Kendall; her mother, Lynn Baumberger Jacoby; and her half siblings, Jennifer Kuhn and Matt Jacoby. Her father, David J. Jacoby, and her maternal grandparents, Frank and Beth Baumberger precede her in death. Services will be held on Saturday January 22, at 11:00 AM at Knowles Memorial Chapel at Rollins College.
