He served in the United States Army and retired after 41 years from the Orlando Sentinel as a machinist.
He loved cats, motorcycles, go carts and woodworking.
Thomas is survived by his children, Janice Holiday, Pam Holiday, Paula Aliff, Tommy Holiday, Cherie Kennedy, Janie Ruble and Brian LaPeter; his grandchildren, Heather, Amanda, Rachel, Toni, Ricky, Benjamin, Carrie, David, Terence, Ashley, DeShaun, Anthony, Brittany, Vanessa, Trevor, Lauren, Brandon and Ryan; his great grandchildren, Mikayla, Marissa, Aubrey, Sam, Addie, Iris, Ava, James, Sierra, Nicholas, Tyler Devin, Joseph, Layla, Delilah, Hope, Kayleigh, Cody Jr., Phoenix, Bellamy, Nekyh and Aria; mother of his child, Carolyn and the mother of his children, Linda Holiday. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Sallee "Lee" Holiday in 2014.
