Adreen Joyce Nunnelly

Adreen Nunnelly of Grenfell, Saskatchewan was born on October 7, 1945 and peacefully passed on January 2, 2026, at the age of 80 years, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer. Adreen was an angel on earth whose kindness and light touched every life she encountered.

A deeply spiritual and compassionate soul, Adreen believed her purpose was to bring joy, comfort, and love to those around her. She had an extraordinary gift for making others smile, always finding thoughtful ways to brighten someone’s day. Whether through a gentle word, a helping hand, or her warm, radiant smile, she embodied unconditional love and generosity.

Adreen’s legacy lives on in the countless hearts she touched and the many lives she quietly uplifted. Her family and friends take comfort in knowing that her spirit remains a guiding light—reminding us to lead with empathy, seek the good in every moment, and share love freely.

A memorial service to celebrate Adreen’s beautiful life will be held in the spring, once the weather improves, so that loved ones can gather together in warmth and remembrance.

She will be dearly missed and forever cherished by all who were blessed to know her.
