It is with shattered hearts we say good-bye to our wonderful husband, father, and grandfather.

I was very saddened to hear of the passing of Cecil. Through CeeBee trucking, I have had the pleasure of knowing Cecil for the past 18 years and I want to say that he was one of the most honest and kind individuals I have met. I would pop in the shop to see Brian and if Cecil was around we would talk at great lengths, he was a great conversationalist, with a great sense of humor and a true Gentleman. Brian my condolences to your mother, yourself and your family. He will be truly missed.
