David was predeceased by his father Walter Procyk.
David is survived by his wife, Susan and her two children, Brittany and David Paun, his three children Amanda, Kimberly and Michael Procyk, his mother Caroline Procyk, his brother Steve, his sisters Wanda (Brad) Merenick, Brenda (Larry) Buddecke and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
The funeral liturgy will be held in Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Montmartre, SK on Saturday, September17, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. by the Father Andrei Kachur.
Prayers will be held in St. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Church, Montmartre, SK Friday evening at 7:00.
Interment in St. Peter and Paul Ukrainian Catholic Cemetery.
If friends so desire contributions may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 1910 McIntyre St. Regina, SK as tokens of remembrance.
