The funeral service will be held in Poplar Grove United Church, Broadview, SK, with Rev. Barbara Wilkins officiating. Interment in Poplar Grove Cemetery.
Declan was predeceased by his grandfather Wayne Berlin.
He is survived by his parents Matt and Carmen Schlamp, brother Kohen and grandparents Heather Berlin, Darren and Lorna Schlamp.
