Delbert Kenneth Thomson

Delbert Kenneth Thomson Suktogeja Howaste (Goodvoice Wolf) April 18, 1951 – March 14, 2020. On Saturday, March 14, 2020, Delbert Kenneth Thomson of Carry the Kettle First Nation was called home by the Creator at the age of 68 years.

Delbert was predeceased by his parents Kenneth Thomson and Margaret Ryder; brothers: Clayton “KC” Thomson, Roland Thomson (infancy) and Alvin Saulteaux; sisters Vera (infancy) and Kara Thomson; grandson Brendan; stepmother Ida Eashappie and mother of his children Rhonda Ashdohonk.

Delbert is survived by his loving children: Monica (Taun), Shauna (Beryl), Tanya (Elden), Darryl and Sara; grandkids: Alexis, Clayton (Vanessa), Raven, Tylor, Marshall, Alec, Maverick and Dad’s special friend Isabelle Nahneposwisk. Delbert’s sisters: Marlene (Zoe), Elaine (George), Leona, Carol; brothers: Kenward, Keon, Orson (Leah), Aurel, Ryan, Orville (Kathy). His adopted brother Victor Whitebear; aunts: Wilma Kennedy, Sharon Thomson, Viola Krause. As well as a lot of special family and friends.

The family respectfully requests that no children under 12 attend the services. The family would like to thank the Allan Blair Cancer Clinic, Dr. Hagel and the nurses of units 3B and 3D at the Pasqua Hospital in Regina.
