He was predeceased by his wife Thersa; eldest son Leslie and all his 13 brothers and sisters.
Left to mourn his loss are his children: Gordon (Corinne), Marlene (Alex) and Clifford (Sandy); sister-in-law Muriel Parker; 8 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Herbert loved his family, farming, friends, all social events, driving his truck, playing cards, eating, all sports especially curling and the Blue Jays. He had a great sense of humour and will be missed by all who knew him.
A big thank you to all the staff at the Moosomin Long Term Care Home. They did an amazing job of caring for him.
At his request, there will be no funeral. A private family interment will take place at a later date.
