

She was called home to the creator suddenly on Saturday, November 8, 2014. Liz was born November 2, 1939 to Theodore and Christine Pelletier on the Cowessess First Nation.
Liz was a very loving, caring and passionate mother and grandmother. She gave selflessly to her family & friends and was always surrounded by her loved ones. Liz was a foster parent for 35 years and opened her home to many children.
She is predeceased by her parents Theodore and Christine Pelletier, her two sons Lonnie (Bib) Pelletier and Neil Pelletier; her sister Dorothy Sparvier; her brother Joe Pelletier and her life partner Donald Delorme.
She is survived by her children Kim (Dave) Pelletier of Regina; Decey Anonson (Jerry) of Grande Prairie, Alberta; Jack Pelletier of Regina; Vonnie (Alvin) Francis of Nekaneet First Nation; Ruby (Mike) Delorme of Cowessess First Nation; Sharee (Frank) Pelletier of Regina; Shawnee (Carter) Spencer of Carry the Kettle First Nation and her sisters Kathleen Watson, Valerie Welz and her brother Delbert Anaskan as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and relatives.
She had many grandchildren and great grandchildren whom she loved and would do anything for all of them. She had five grandchildren whom she was very close to Chad Pelletier, Amber Pelletier, Lacey (Pelletier) Lerat, Nicholas Pelletier and Rachel Mantee.
She always said she couldn’t live without children around her and always had a house full of children. Liz was a very kind hearted person who was always helping people and loved animals. She cared dearly for her family and her dog, Emmalynn. Elizabeth will be deeply missed by her family and friends.
The wake will at the Marieval Hall, Cowessess First Nation on Wednesday, November 12, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. with prayers commencing at 7:00 p.m. The funeral Mass will be celebrated in Sacred Heart of Mary R.C. Church, Cowessess First Nation on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. by the Rev. Thomas Mutavanattu. Cremation with interment at a later date.
We would appreciate all family and friends who shared in Liz’s life to come celebrate her life with family.
